    MANITOWOC – Progress Lakeshore is now accepting orders for the 2025 Local Box Manitowoc County, offering two themed editions for the first time.

    The community-driven fundraiser supports local businesses and promotes entrepreneurial growth throughout Manitowoc County, according to a community announcement.

    This year, buyers can choose between the Calm & Cozy and Taste & Sip boxes, both featuring a curated selection of locally made products.

    Calm & Cozy box offers relaxation

    The Calm & Cozy Edition includes lifestyle products such as goat’s milk lotion from Dreaming Willow Homestead & Creations, a small space/car air freshener from graced and an essential oil roll-on from Organic Crush.

    Other items include two handmade car coasters from Pink Petal Boutique, a Wisconsin-themed wood magnet from Raider MFG, a shower steamer from Shoto Heights Soapery and Healthy Cool-Aid from Sunshine & Sass Creations.

    Taste & Sip box features local flavors

    The Taste & Sip Edition is packed with snacks and beverages, including apple cinnamon shrub from Adam’s Heirlooms, a cone of roasted almonds from Beerntsen’s Confectionary and strawberry rhubarb jam from Blue Flamingo Homestead.

    The box also contains malted milk balls from Briess, cherry pecan granola from Peggy Bakes, Blue Collar Krewe American Pilsner from PetSkull Brewing Company, sharp cheddar snack spread from Pine River Dairy and Happy Rancher freeze-dried candy from Sub Zero Confectionary.

    Order details and pickup information

    Each box is priced at $45, and orders can be placed online at https://www.progresslakeshore.org/2025-local-box/. Buyers must be 21 or older to purchase the Taste & Sip Edition.

    Pickup dates are scheduled for 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 21 and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 24 and 25.
