    The Evening Sun | Chenango Arts Council Hosting Spooky Halloween Paint And Sip

    Chenango

    Arts

    Council,

    located

    at

    27

    West

    Main

    Street

    in

    Norwich,

    will

    be

    hosting

    a

    Halloween

    Paint

    and

    Sip

    at

    2

    p.m.

    on

    Saturday,

    October

    26,

    led

    by

    Chenango

    Arts

    Council

    Administrative

    Assistant

    Mary

    Beth

    Miller.

    At

    the

    event,

    participants

    will

    be

    led

    through

    a

    step-by-step

    tutorial

    to

    paint

    a

    spooky

    scene

    of

    ghosts

    and

    jack-o’-lanterns

    under

    a

    night

    sky.

    “It’s

    beginner

    friendly.

    There’s

    a

    few

    rough

    sketches

    on

    it

    just

    so

    that

    you

    can

    see

    where

    everything

    goes

    on

    the

    canvas,”

    said

    Miller.

    “All

    the

    supplies

    will

    be

    provided

    and

    they’ll

    be

    taken

    step

    by

    step

    to

    complete

    the

    painting.”

    Light

    snacks,

    wine,

    and

    water

    will

    be

    provided

    during

    the

    workshop.

    Miller

    said

    the

    Paint

    and

    Sip

    is

    open

    to

    individuals

    under

    the

    age

    of

    21,

    but

    wine

    will

    only

    be

    provided

    to

    adults.

    The

    workshop

    is

    $20

    for

    members

    and

    $25

    for

    non-members.
