Each month, people across the country win money from the investment product issued by National Savings and Investments (NS&I).
A person living in the county was one of two winners of £1,000,000.
There was also one Suffolk winner of £100,000, two people scooped up £50,000 and a further six people took home £25,000.
In May’s prize draw there were 309 high value Premium Bond winners in Suffolk and the total amount won across the country was £1,819,000.
It comes after nearly £900,000 was won by people living in the county in April’s prize draw.
Unlike other investments, where investors would earn interest or a regular dividend income, bonds are entered into a monthly prize draw where people can win between £25 and £1,000,000.
Andrew Westhead, NS&I retail director, said: “The quickest way to check if you have won a prize is to use our Premium Bonds prize checker app, check online, or even ask Alexa from the second working day of each month onwards.”
Premium Bonds are available by investing at least £25.
