    Le conseil d’administration et les créanciers de Metair Investments approuvent le plan de restructuration du capital -Le 12 mars 2025 à 07:04

    Metair Investments Limited est spécialisé dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de composants automobiles. Le CA par activité se répartit comme suit :

    – fabrication de systèmes de stockage d’énergie (55,6%) : fabrication de piles et de batteries dédiées aux équipementiers et des prestataires de services après-vente dans les secteurs de la construction automobile, des télécommunications, des services publics, des mines, de la distribution, etc. ;

    – vente de composant automobiles (37,7%) : systèmes de chauffage et de refroidissement, amortisseurs, plaquettes de freins, dispositifs d’éclairage et de signalisation, radiateurs, etc. à destination du secteur de l’assemblage de véhicules. Le groupe propose également des services après-vente ;

    – produits industriels et composant non-automobiles (4,3%) ;

    – outillage automobile (2,4%).

    La répartition géographique du CA est la suivante : Afrique du Sud (55,6%), Turquie et Royaume Uni (31,2%) et Roumanie (13,2%).
