    Oakley Capital Investments participe à l’opération Infravadis

    Oakley Capital Investments Ltd – qui offre un accès à des fonds de capital-investissement gérés par le conseiller en investissement Oakley Capital Ltd – réalise une contribution indirecte de 5 millions de livres sterling à un investissement du Oakley Capital Origin Fund II dans Infravadis GmbH. Cette société basée à Hanau, en Allemagne, a été créée pour mener une stratégie d’acquisitions dans le secteur européen de la maintenance des infrastructures souterraines. Pour sa première opération, Infravadis a acquis une participation majoritaire dans le groupe Abfluss Schäfer, basé à Francfort, qui propose des services de nettoyage des égouts, d’inspection et de réparation de canalisations. L’investissement des fonds Oakley devrait être finalisé d’ici la fin du mois de juin.
