    Sinarmas Land Limited est une société holding d’investissement basée à Singapour. La société, par l’intermédiaire de ses filiales, est active dans le secteur de l’immobilier. Ses secteurs d’activité sont les suivants : Indonesia Property, International Business et United Kingdom Property. Le segment Indonesia Property est engagé dans l’investissement et le développement de propriétés commerciales, industrielles et résidentielles, ainsi que dans la possession et la gestion d’hôtels et de centres de villégiature en Indonésie (à l’exception de Batam). Le segment International Business est engagé dans l’investissement et le développement de propriétés commerciales et résidentielles au Royaume-Uni, en Chine et à Singapour, ainsi que dans la possession et la gestion d’hôtels et de centres de villégiature à Johor, en Malaisie, et à Batam, en Indonésie. Le segment United Kingdom Property se consacre à la location d’immeubles de placement. Ses filiales comprennent PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk et PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk est engagé dans la détention d’investissements et le développement de maisons et de bâtiments.
