Stacey Solomon’s impressive property empire – and who really owns Pickle Cottage

Stacey Solomon‘s Pickle Cottage is a hit with fans – but the star has at least four more properties to her name, according to accounts filed last week.

In 2009, Stacey auditioned for The X Factor, and her life hasn’t been the same since. Not only has she had a successful singing career, but she has also sold homeware and books, and has made a name for herself on the TV scene. She’s also made an impressive property portfolio for herself.

The 35-year-old owns the the five-bedroom Essex home which she bought in March 2021 for £1.2m, which is solely in her name. Despite Joe Swash living in the property, it’s not jointly owned by the former EastEnders star.

This week, fans have been closer to Stacey and Joe’s home life with their new show Stacey and Joe which gives viewers behind-the-scenes footage of their home life with their kids.

However, Pickle Cottage isn’t Stacey’s only property. Accounts filed this week show that her firm Key Map Entertainments had picked up £1 million worth of property, The Sun reports.

In 2021-2022, the accounts show that the firm bought £1.5M in property investments. In the 2022/23 year, the firm had acquired a further £800k. It’s thought her current portfolio of properties would be worth in the region of £6million.

The publication states that the documents refer to “fixed investments”, which usually refers to the purchase of either land or buildings.

Pickle Cottage isn’t just a home to Stacey and Joe – but in fact a wedding venue for the two when they tied the knot in 2022. The stunning Essex pad boasts of its own library, pool and conservatory, with a gorgeous sprawling garden where the couple said “I do”.

The Essex abode isn’t just beautiful inside, it is surrounded by wonderful grounds, nestled in 2.5 acres of gardens. The home’s outdoor space has been used for many family events, including Stacey’s baby shower and Halloween party.

It comes after the pair opened up in front of the cameras about their relationship, conflicts and family life.

Describing the reality of their home life, Joe said: “We’re like two swans floating down the river, we look all elegant and lovely on top but underneath we are kicking like mad!”

“We are barely afloat!,” Stacey candidly confessed. Meanwhile, the pair shared that they handle disputes in their own unique ways and also hold “different ideas” on parenting and enforcing discipline with their kids.
