    50 Cent promotes Black representation in liquor industry at US Capitol

    Rapper and business owner Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson met with representatives in Washington to promote Black representation in the spirits industry.

    Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is buying several properties in Shreveport.

    Starting May 31, 2024, Jackson’s G-Unit Studios has purchased several properties across the city’s downtown area spending, in total, $2,398,122. According to property records, all purchases were cash.

    Some of the properties are recognizable buildings, while others are vacant lots. Here’s a list of what he has purchased so far.

    Day Nabe Investments LLC., sold the property June 18, for $150,000.

    Enterprise Management Group, LLC., sold the property June 17, for $250,000.

    This property is located in central downtown Shreveport and is adjacent to the notable Robinson Film Center. The property includes three floors that offer 7,680 square feet of mixed-use space.

    205 Texas Street, LLC., sold the property May 31, for $345,000.

    This property is located on downtown’s “main street”. This property is within walking distance to casinos, the convention center and hotel, city hall, parish courthouse as well as other retail businesses and restaurants.
