    Les actionnaires de Dubai Investments approuvent un dividende de 765 millions d’AED pour l’exercice 2024

    Dubai Investments PJSC est une société basée aux Émirats arabes unis qui opère principalement dans le développement de l’immobilier pour la vente et la location, les activités contractuelles, la fabrication et le commerce de produits dans divers secteurs, et l’investissement dans des obligations, des fonds et des titres de participation. La société opère dans quatre secteurs d’activité : le secteur de la fabrication et des contrats est engagé dans la fabrication et la vente de matériaux utilisés dans les projets de construction de bâtiments, l’exécution de contrats de construction, la production, les produits pharmaceutiques, les produits extrudés en aluminium et le mobilier de laboratoire ; le secteur des biens de consommation à rotation rapide est impliqué dans la production et la distribution de produits laitiers ; le secteur des investissements couvre les investissements minoritaires dans les entreprises en démarrage et les offres publiques initiales, les obligations, les fonds et les actions détenues à des fins de négociation, et le secteur de la propriété est engagé dans le développement de projets immobiliers. La société gère le Kent College de Dubaï par l’intermédiaire de sa filiale Al Mal Capital.
