    GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited est une société d’investissement à capital fixe basée à Jersey. La société investit principalement dans la dette d’infrastructure du Royaume-Uni et/ou dans des actifs similaires. L’objectif d’investissement de la société est de fournir aux actionnaires des dividendes réguliers, soutenus et à long terme et de préserver la valeur en capital de ses actifs d’investissement sur le long terme. Elle investit dans un portefeuille d’investissements diversifié et partiellement protégé contre l’inflation, principalement dans les secteurs des énergies renouvelables, du logement social et des PPP/PFI. La Société cherche à générer une exposition à la dette des sociétés de projets d’infrastructure du Royaume-Uni, de leurs propriétaires ou de leurs créanciers, ainsi qu’à des actifs connexes et/ou similaires, qui fournissent des flux de trésorerie réguliers et prévisibles à long terme. La Société investira au moins plus de 75% de ses actifs totaux, directement ou indirectement, dans des investissements exposés à des projets d’infrastructure (projets principaux). Gravis Capital Management Limited agit en tant que conseiller en investissement de la Société.
