    Guggenheim Investments annonce les distributions des fonds fermés d’avril 2025

    Logo Advent Convertible and Income Fund

    Advent Convertible and Income Fund (le Fonds) est une société d’investissement diversifiée à capital fixe. L’objectif d’investissement du fonds est de fournir un rendement total par le biais d’une combinaison d’appréciation du capital et de revenus courants. Le Fonds poursuit son objectif d’investissement en investissant au moins 80 % de ses actifs gérés dans un portefeuille diversifié de titres convertibles et de titres non convertibles générateurs de revenus. Dans des conditions de marché normales, le Fonds investira au moins 30 % de ses actifs gérés dans des titres convertibles et jusqu’à 70 % de ses actifs gérés dans des titres à revenu non convertibles de qualité inférieure. Le fonds peut investir sans restriction dans des titres d’émetteurs étrangers. Il investit dans divers secteurs, tels que la consommation discrétionnaire, la finance, la technologie, la santé, l’industrie, l’énergie, les médias, les matériaux, les services publics, les transports, les télécommunications et les biens de consommation de base. Le conseiller en investissement du fonds est Advent Capital Management, LLC.
