Shun Ho Property Reports Mixed Interim Results

    August 16, 2024

Shun Ho Property Investments Ltd (HK:0219) has released an update.

Shun Ho Property Investments Ltd reported a net profit after tax of HK$61 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024, marking a significant increase from HK$49 million in the same period the previous year. However, the company faced a loss before taxation of HK$96.4 million due to a net decrease in fair value of investment properties and other expenses. This result contrasts with a profit of HK$9.0 million reported in the previous year, indicating a challenging interim period for the company.
