    Robeco lance deux nouvelles stratégies obligataires sur les marchés émergents

    (Boursier.com) — Robeco annonce le lancement de deux stratégies de dette souveraine : Emerging Market Bonds, un fonds obligataire investit en devises fortes et Emerging Market Bonds Local Currency, en devises locales. Fort de plus de 30 ans d’expérience sur les marchés émergents, ces lancements viennent compléter l’offre existante de Robeco. Ces deux stratégies, à destination de la clientèle institutionnelle, sont gérées activement et reposent sur une analyse fondamentale.

    Les deux fonds seront gérés par l’équipe “EMD”, recrutée l’année dernière. Les trois gérants, Diliana Deltcheva, Richard Briggs et Nicholas Sauer, ayant en moyenne 15 ans d’expérience sur la dette souveraine des marchés émergents, s’appuieront sur l’expertise complémentaire des autres équipes de Robeco, notamment au reste de l’équipe obligataire mais aussi les équipes dédiées à l’investissement durable et à l’investissement quantitatif.

    Pour gérer ces deux fonds et proposer une analyse pertinente, quel que soit l’environnement de marché, Robeco a élaboré un cadre interne propriétaire. Il permet aux équipes de déterminer la solvabilité des états et sa valeur relative, en y ajoutant des considérations de durabilité.

    Erik van Leeuwen, responsable de l’investissement obligataire chez Robeco, a commenté : “La dette émergente est une classe d’actifs dynamique et en pleine évolution, et nous sommes enthousiastes quant à ses perspectives. Nous savons combien il peut être difficile de sortir du lot, mais, forts de notre approche de gestion à forte conviction et de notre cadre d’investissement propriétaire, nous sommes à même de gérer les marchés émergents sous tous leurs angles.”
