MCX gold, silver gain 3% but ETFs lag behind: Silver ETFs down as much as 6% – Gold Pulse News

    February 13, 2026

Volatile times for the precious metal segment, and now a sharp disconnect between the MCX–ETF space can be seen in intra-day action. Even as gold and silver spot and future prices trade firmly across domestic and global exchanges, ETFs are lagging behind significantly.

    Gold, silver rates today

On MCX, gold April 2 contracts is hovering around Rs 1,54,199 per 10 grams, up 0.89%, while silver for March 5 delivery has jumped 2.68% to Rs 2,42,765 per kg.

On COMEX, gold futures are quoted at $4,976.8 per troy ounce, up $28.4 or 0.57%, and silver futures are trading at $76.925 per troy ounce, up $1.243 or 1.64%. One troy ounce equals 31.1035 grams, and COMEX prices are quoted in US dollars per troy ounce, unlike MCX, which quotes gold per 10 grams and silver per kilogram.
