Paragon’s SIP Wine & Spirit Fest benefits four Cenla organizations

    August 16, 2024

MARKSVILLE, La. (KALB) – Paragon Casino Resort and the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe are hosting the first SIP Wine & Spirit Fest on August 17 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.

This event will serve as a fundraiser for four different organizations around Central Louisiana:

At the festival, guests are given the chance to sample different wines and liquors from Paragon’s vendors and distributors and a variety of food from Paragon’s culinary team.

Joan Botts, the Vice President of Marketing at Paragon, said the event is just one way for Paragon and the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe to give back to the community.

“Paragon Casino Resort and the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe have always placed a heavy emphasis on helping the community and partnering with our local and regional nonprofits to give back and to help and educate whenever we can,” said Botts. “All four organizations will be at the event. They’ll each have their own table; they’ll each be doing their own raffles and giveaways. So, we want to encourage guests to visit those tables and get more information so they can educate others and spread the word about the good work that these organizations are doing every day.”

There are two different tickets available. General Admission gives you access to the festival for $50 and the $75 Ultra Admission ticket will give you access to the festival and includes master classes and an exclusive VIP dinner.

More ticketing information can be found here.
