    HPI Substantial Shareholders

    Under ASX rules large investors and investment funds must disclose when they own more than a 5% stake in Hotel Property Investments (HPI). However, you won’t necessarily see their names in the company’s annual report, as many trade under nominee names.
    These shareholders are obliged to provide ongoing substantial notices relating to any change of 1% or more.
